Meet the Team
James graduated from AECC in Bournemouth in 2002 with a Chiropractic BSc and MSc. He has a massive passion in life to help people be as active and healthy as possible. This stems from an upbringing that tried to minimise the use of medications in preference for more natural methods of healthcare. James was lucky enough to enjoy some Chiropractic care as a teenager, and when the choice of a career in Chiropractic became an option it was a pivotal moment. The ability to help people in a wellness and maintenance fashion is vital to James' healthcare paradigm, and this is the main focus of his research.
James has completed many extra studies since graduating including dry needling techniques, 100 hours of AK testing, Titleist golf health screening, DNS core stability training, and many other wellness based seminars.
In his spare time James enjoys playing Golf and has worked his way down to a seven handicap, Royal Dornoch and Celtic Manor rate as the best courses he has played. In the winter the gym becomes a higher priority to get those drives going further!
"Our team at Bolton Chiropractic is second to none and we love to meet new people".
‘Service for Mankind’ has always been Michelle’s motto since she joined St John Ambulance when she was fourteen. Michelle’s passion for Chiropractic began at high school when her mom had really bad low back and leg pain. ‘‘It was affecting her normal daily living and she couldn’t even wear the shoes herself. She went to consult a doctor but all he could offer is just some pain killer. Fortunately we were introduced to chiropractic, and after receiving her 1st adjustment, my mum felt great relief.’’
Having grown up in Malaysia, Michelle took a big step of leaving her home to attend University of South Wales and begin the four years of training to become a Chiropractor. In her 4 years in university, Michelle witnessed a peer who had a knee surgery struggling in doing the sports that he used to enjoy. However, after receiving kinesiology taping that was implemented into his chiropractic care plan, she was amazed by how much improvement he made. To further her knowledge, she then took on kinesiology taping courses. Although she cares for all age groups, Michelle has particular interest in looking after babies and young children.
‘’I enjoy keeping myself healthy and fit with regular Chiropractic treatment, going to gym and preparing healthy food.’’ Coming from a multiracial country and having great enthusiasm in travelling, Michelle loves to add a taste of different culture into the recipe that she created and experimented. She also looks forward in starting a social media in promoting her recipe while promoting the concept of having both the taste and health at the same time!

Hi my name is Michelle, I love to meet people and make them feel welcome at our centre for Chiropractic. I also like to be approachable for when people need an ear to listen. I love hearing stories! I was new to Chiropractic when I started but I now have regular adjustments with Michelle T and feel great.
I’m married with three grown up children and five grandchildren which keeps me busy. My hobbies are my three horses which I adore to bits. I also have a dog and a stray cat which thinks it owns the place. I’m always happy to take in an animal that needs looking after I can’t resist.
I ride my horses when I get a chance, and they always get lots of exercise, I’ve won a few rosettes in my time! I love being in my garden when the weather is nice. We have deer, foxes and a lot of birds in the trees at the back of my house which is lovely to see. I also love stately homes too and would love to visit Chatsworth house in Derbyshire one day.
