During the school holidays we can find ourselves scratching our heads when it comes to keeping the children active. As technology takes over sometimes it is perfectly fine to allow time on technology for our children. Spending too long on technology and sat down can cause us to have back pain earlier on in our lives. However, there are ways we can help our children to stay active and put those computers down for part of the day. In this blog post we give you 5 activities you and your children can enjoy in and around Bolton.
