Meet the Team
James graduated from AECC in Bournemouth in 2002 with a Chiropractic BSc and MSc. He has a massive passion in life to help people be as active and healthy as possible. This stems from an upbringing that tried to minimise the use of medications in preference for more natural methods of healthcare. James was lucky enough to enjoy some Chiropractic care as a teenager, and when the choice of a career in Chiropractic became an option it was a pivotal moment. The ability to help people in a wellness and maintenance fashion is vital to James’ healthcare paradigm, and this is the main focus of his research.
James has completed many extra studies since graduating including dry needling techniques, 100 hours of AK testing, Titleist golf health screening, DNS core stability training, and many other wellness based seminars.
In his spare time James enjoys playing Golf and has worked his way down to a seven handicap, Royal Dornoch and Celtic Manor rate as the best courses he has played. In the winter the gym becomes a higher priority to get those drives going further!
“Our team at Bolton Chiropractic is second to none and we love to meet new people”.
Anabel graduated from the BCC (Barcelona College of Chiropractic) after 5 years of studies. After finishing her Chiropractic degree she started to work in a private clinic in Ireland. She then moved to Tenerife to work with her SOT (Sacrum-Occipital Technique) mentor. During this time she continued her postgraduate studies in Chiropractic Pediatrics and Pregnancy
Barcelona is also where she grew up. As a child and teenage she has always been very athletic, practicing all kind of sports from swimming and taekwondo to Volleyball and Classic Ballet. At the moment she specially enjoys music by playing the piano and dancing with her fiancé. She also likes spending time with her family and friends, and with her dog going to the mountains.
Anabel’s first experience with Chiropractic was at the age of 16 when her best friend could not walk due to a very intense feet pain that lasted for almost 2 years. After going through different specialists and having all the tests normal she went to a Chiropractor who was able to help her to walk again. From then on Anabel became a Chiropractic patient and realised that the Chiropractic health profession would allow her to support people in their pathway to wellness.
“It is my believe that the foundation of health and wellness is a delicate balance between nutrition, physical exercise, social interaction and emotions. And that Chiropractic care provides the stability for this foundation of Wellness.”
Vlad graduated from University College of Osteopathy (formerly known as the British School of Osteopathy) in 2015, and has worked in private practice as well as with the NHS.
Vlad’s passion for Osteopathy stems from being treated by an osteopath with great success, and hence being inspired to retrain as an Osteopath himself.
Vlad has a particular interest in sports injuries, however his interest in women’s health and treating babies and children is growing. He has completed various extra training since graduating including dry needling, electroacupuncture, taping, as well as seminars on headaches, hypermobility, treating pregnant ladies and is a qualified Level 1 Hypopressives trainer
He has enjoyed volunteering, both in his capacity as an osteopath, as well as being a First Aider with St John’s Ambulance.
Outside of work he likes to play guitar and other instruments. He likes Japanese martial arts, most notably ju-jitsu and kendo.
A regular gym goer (and my workouts are ever-changing) as staying healthy and fit will enable me to help as many patients as possible.
Tom started his journey as a massage therapist 8 years ago at Trafford College. It is here he discovered a passion for anatomy, physiology and the industry. On successful completion of a level 3 Diploma in Sports therapy he obtained a level 5 advanced sports therapy diploma where he refined his skills as a massage therapist. I enjoy helping people and being part of the rehabilitation process.
It is for this reason I love being part of the Bolton Chiropractic team. I find all team members to have a relaxed but professional approach with each and every guest which I find crucial in achieving your health goals.
I love meeting new people and I am looking forward to help you on the road to optimal health. During my free time I enjoy bike riding, listening to music, watching films, sailing and am looking to take up golf. My main goals in the future is to become a proficient golfer and launch the family boat in Fleetwood.

It has been fantastic to get some treatment that cures the cause and not just the symptoms. I’m now pain free – Great!
Before coming for treatment I had severe discomfort in my lower back following an operation. This caused problems with my posture. I am now able to stand taller and walk more freely.
Seeing a Chiropractor has changed my life. Previously I was in pain most of the time and my quality of life was restricted. Now I know that there is hope for a future without pain.
This is a practice whose staff are friendly, helpful and professional. My treatment is far from over (arthritic spine, hip surgery etc.) but I am certain that without it I should be in a far worse state than that which I presently enjoy.
Before any treatment, I was very stiff and did not have much movement in my neck. I now have full movement in my neck.
