Meet The Team

James Holman

CHIROPRACTOR

James graduated from AECC in Bournemouth in 2002 with a Chiropractic BSc and MSc. He has a massive passion in life to help people be as active and healthy as possible. This stems from an upbringing that tried to minimise the use of medications in preference for more natural methods of healthcare. James was lucky enough to enjoy some Chiropractic care as a teenager, and when the choice of a career in Chiropractic became an option it was a pivotal moment. The ability to help people in a wellness and maintenance fashion is vital to James’ healthcare paradigm, and this is the main focus of his research.

James has completed many extra studies since graduating including dry needling techniques, 100 hours of AK testing, Titleist golf health screening, DNS core stability training, and many other wellness based seminars.

In his spare time James enjoys playing Golf and has worked his way down to a seven handicap, Royal Dornoch and Celtic Manor rate as the best courses he has played. In the winter the gym becomes a higher priority to get those drives going further!

“Our team at Bolton Chiropractic is second to none and we love to meet new people”.

Nithini Warnakulasooriya

CHIROPRACTOR

Hi everyone! I’m Nithini. I have graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic (WIOC) in 2021 with a Chiropractic MSc. I’m obsessed with the holistic approach, also known as the therapeutic approach to a condition considering the body as a whole instead of just the affected part. I have been inspired by my father and have always followed the natural methods of healthcare. Chiropractic is one of them. Hence why I chose it as my career and this is the best decision I have taken so far!

The human body has the ability to heal itself and it just needs that little extra stimulus to keep it going. For that, a biopsychosocial approach should be implemented. This means that the treatment plan will consider the biological, mental and social aspects of our guests. That’s what I believe and what the base of my research is.

During my leisure time, I engage in physical activities like workouts, yoga and aerobics. I also love cooking and learning more techniques to help people.

Looking forward to meeting you!

Tom Taylor

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Tom started his journey as a massage therapist 8 years ago at Trafford College. It is here he discovered a passion for anatomy, physiology and the industry. On successful completion of a level 3 Diploma in Sports therapy he obtained a level 5 advanced sports therapy diploma where he refined his skills as a massage therapist. I enjoy helping people and being part of the rehabilitation process.

It is for this reason I love being part of the Bolton Chiropractic team. I find all team members to have a relaxed but professional approach with each and every guest which I find crucial in achieving your health goals.

I completed my Level 3 sports massage in early 2022 and am now in the process of completing my level 5 sports therapy. Meet Our Chiropractic Assistants

J.C. - Bolton, England

I have suffered with neck, shoulder and arm pain and the treatment I have received has really helped me. I would certainly recommend anyone who is suffering with pain to attend this clinic.

T.W.

It has been fantastic to get some treatment that cures the cause and not just the symptoms.  I’m now pain free – Great!

A.H.

Before coming for treatment I had severe discomfort in my lower back following an operation.  This caused problems with my posture.  I am now able to stand taller and walk more freely.

J.H.

Seeing a Chiropractor has changed my life. Previously I was in pain most of the time and my quality of life was restricted. Now I know that there is hope for a future without pain.

R.W.

This is a practice whose staff are friendly, helpful and professional.  My treatment is far from over (arthritic spine, hip surgery etc.) but I am certain that without it I should be in a far worse state than that which I presently enjoy.

J.J.

Before any treatment, I was very stiff and did not have much movement in my neck.  I now have full movement in my neck.
