Neck pain is a common problem with 66% of the population experiencing neck pain at some point in their lives.
Mobility within the neck is vital for the correct function of the nervous system and most people do not notice how important neck mobility is until they no longer have it. Neck pain can be located in the multiple sections of the neck including the bones, nerves and soft tissue. There are a range of symptoms that occur when suffering from neck pain including but not limited to:

This is sometimes the case with neck pain and a direct result of neck pain can be headaches, ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and lower back ache.
