Intervertebral Differential Dynamics (or IDD therapy) is a treatment that targets specific spinal discs to relieve pressure and gently restore mobility. IDD is used as a non-surgical and non-medication treatment to relieve multiple conditions and was developed in the USA.

The IDD machine uses Accu-Spina technology that engages computer controlled pulling forces in order to distract (draw apart) segments of the spine to take pressure off specific discs and nerves. This allows tight muscles to gently stretch and relax stiff ligaments.IDD therapy also promotes movement and absorption of nutrients and fluids back into the disc, which is essential for disc health. This allows the body’s natural healing mechanisms to operate to their highest ability. The treatment takes place when the patient is laying down comfortably as this allows the spine to relax.
