Hi, my name is Rhianna Vernon. I graduated from Health Science University (formerly AECC University) in Bournemouth in 2026. Although I am relatively new to working as a Chiropractor I have studied hard for four years with dedicated training and hands-on learning behind me, as well as training in Shockwave Therapy. I am a big football fan and play the game when I can. I am an avid runner and love being able to cook a hearty meal at the end of the day.
I have always been motivated to helping others and supporting them as they regrow their confidence. Being able to be apart of the journey our guests take to becoming pain free and being able to return to the things they love is a feeling I will always appreciate and adore.
Something incredible about the human body is that we are taller in the mornings. Throughout the day gravity compresses and impacts the fluid-filled discs in your spine. This continuous pressure squeezes tiny amounts of fluid out of the discs. As the discs flatten slightly, your overall height decreases by about 1 to 2 centimetres. Overnight the compression is released, and our spinal discs reabsorb water and fluid- returning us back to our full length.
Working with people is something I adore, being able to have a good conversation and learning more about the guest is something that drives me each day. We all have our own lives and it’s fantastic hearing some of the incredible things people have done in their time. I love to learn and help, luckily for me there’s always opportunities to do so in Chiropractic.
I am thankful I get to work alongside our guests and help support everyone that comes through our doors.
