Hi, I am Sue Yi Lim. I am a chiropractor and graduated from the University of South Wales with a Masters and Bachelor’s Degree. I have an extended Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage and from the International Medical University I have a foundation in the Science Programme.
Since I was young, I knew I wanted to work in healthcare. When I came across chiropractic, I was really drawn to it because it uses non-invasive methods to help people, like those with lower back pain. I’ve always preferred the non-operative approached, so it felt like the right path for me.
Back in secondary school, I was part of St. John Ambulance Malaysia. Helping people in need gave me a lot of satisfaction, and that experience inspired me even more to serve others. That’s why my personal goal has always been: “For the service of mankind.”
The human body is a complex thing, I love learning more about it. One of my favourite things is that adjustments don’t crack bones, they just release tiny bubbles. Like a little soda party in your joints. Nothing scary at all!
Working with people really opens my eyes. I love to support and involve people in their health journeys. It is a joy to see people progress and it is a privilege to support guests with that.
